The Charlotte Place facility is a three-story residential group home living facility located at 2751 Charlotte Street in Kansas City, Missouri. The residential group home facility has dormitory-style living quarters on each floor.

The first floor consists of a large kitchen area, large dining room, two separate office areas, a large storage area, and a bathroom.

 The second and third floors consists of two separate bedrooms and two separate large "dormitory-style" sleeping areas designed to accommodate multiple residents, two individual rooms for use by staff,  two separate bathrooms with dual sinks, dual showers, and dual commodes in each bathroom.

All three floors have two front balconies.

The facility also features a large finished basement which includes a large lounge area, a large laundry room, a separate room housing electrical, utilities, and mechanical systems, a storage room, a bathroom, and two closets. 

Additional features include a fire alarm system, two commercial stove/ovens, two commercial refrigerator/freezers, a large lot area for entertaining, and off-street parking.

• April 16, 2008, LMI received a "Certificate of Occupancy", from the Department of Codes Administration, City of Kansas City, Missouri, approving the use of Charlotte Place as a "Residential Care/Assisted Living Facility (Group Home) with maximum 16 residents/occupants."
