We, at LinMar Investments, LLC (LMI), are pleased to provide high-quality, affordable residential living facilities.

We are very proud of the improvements that we make to our facilities in an effort to ensure continued success, as well as provide high level of satisfaction to our tenants through quality property management services, mutual respect, communication, and tenant involvement.

Although courtesy and consideration of one's neighbors is always a good “golden rule”,  LMI establishes a set of general policies that we have found helpful in maintaining a high-level of satisfaction for all of our tenants.

With our tenants comfort and safety in mind, our policies assist our efforts to create a successful and productive relationship during our client's tenancy.

Normal hours of business operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time).

LinMar Investments (LMI) business operations are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

 A 24-hour automated answering service will answer all calls, record voice-mail messages, and relay voice-mail messages to “on-call” LMI personnel.
